Desert Lily Medical Aesthetics & Regen, LLC
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 20, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use desertlilyaz.com, submit a website or patient form, schedule an appointment, communicate with Desert Lily Medical Aesthetics & Regen, LLC (“Desert Lily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), or enroll in our SMS program. Desert Lily is a medical practice providing hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, wellness, regenerative, and aesthetic services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, schedule services for yourself, or enroll in the SMS program. By using the website or submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enroll in messaging.
2. Medical Services and Website Information
Website content is general educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A patient-provider relationship is established only through appropriate clinical evaluation and acceptance by the practice, not by viewing the website, submitting a form, scheduling a discovery call, or exchanging general messages. Treatment eligibility, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected results are determined individually by a licensed clinician. Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Call 911 for an emergency; do not use website forms, email, or SMS for urgent medical needs.
3. Appointments, Accounts, and Payments
You agree to provide accurate contact, scheduling, billing, and health information. Appointment availability, pricing, deposits, cancellation requirements, and treatment plans may vary by service and will be communicated before care when applicable. Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking or service. A complimentary discovery call is informational and does not include diagnosis or treatment.
4. Desert Lily SMS Program
Program name: Desert Lily Patient Communications & Offers SMS Program
Customers may separately choose to receive non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither through website forms, appointment scheduling forms, or patient onboarding. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing services, and is not transferred to another business.
Non-Marketing Messages
If you consent to non-marketing SMS, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, follow-up care instructions, billing or account notifications, service-related notices, and responses to customer inquiries.
Marketing Messages
If you separately consent to marketing SMS, messages may include occasional special offers, promotions, service announcements, and wellness or aesthetic service updates. Marketing consent is separate from consent to non-marketing messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Desert Lily does not charge a separate fee for SMS, but your carrier’s charges may apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel either SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message from Desert Lily. After you text STOP, we may send one confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent under that program unless you opt in again. Other words that carriers recognize, such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, may also be honored.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP for assistance. You may also call or text 602-318-1577 or email [email protected]. Support is provided during normal practice response hours.
How to Rejoin
After opting out, you may rejoin by completing an eligible Desert Lily form and affirmatively selecting the appropriate optional SMS consent checkbox again, or by texting START in response to the same messaging number when that feature is available.
Carrier Liability and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier networks, device compatibility, and service availability. Supported carriers and messaging features may change. Desert Lily is not responsible for delays or failures caused by a carrier or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Privacy and Messaging Standards
Our use of personal information and mobile opt-in data is described in the Desert Lily Privacy Policy. We operate the SMS program in accordance with applicable law and industry standards, including consent, identification, opt-out, and recordkeeping requirements. Your opt-in data and consent will not be used to enroll you in another company’s messaging program.
5. Electronic Communications
You agree that communications and records related to website use, scheduling, consent, and account activity may be provided electronically when permitted by law. SMS and ordinary email may not be appropriate for sensitive or urgent health information. Contact the practice for secure communication options when needed.
6. Acceptable Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with site security, submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, layout, and original media are owned by or licensed to Desert Lily and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial use, but may not reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
8. External Services and Availability
The website may use or link to scheduling, payment, map, social media, or other external services. Their availability and terms are controlled by their operators. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Desert Lily does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights relating to professional healthcare services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to website use or these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, messaging practices, technology, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision. Continued website use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
