Your health deserves to be heard.
Brenna Clements, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the co-founder of Desert Lily. She has been a nurse since 2004, with a background in ICU and trauma nursing, and has practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2020. Her training includes hormone therapy, aesthetic injectables, and RF and laser treatments. She works with both men and women, including women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Is the discovery call a medical appointment?
No. The discovery call is a conversation with our team to understand your goals and whether Desert Lily is a good fit. If you choose to move forward, we will schedule a personalized evaluation with Brenna, our Family Nurse Practitioner.
Who provides my care?
Your care is provided by Brenna, FNP-C, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Every plan starts with an individualized clinical evaluation of your health history, goals, and questions—never a one-size-fits-all protocol.

No. You don’t need a gym membership to see us, and appointments are available outside gym hours.
