Why we're cash-pay, and how you'll know costs up front
One of the first questions people ask us is whether we take insurance. The short answer: Desert Lily is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Here's what that means for you, and how you'll know your expected costs before you commit to anything.
Prefer to just talk it through? Book a free 15-minute discovery call. No pressure, no obligation.
What cash-pay means at Desert Lily
Cash-pay means we don't bill insurance companies for our services. You pay Desert Lily directly for the care you choose. There are no insurance claims or approvals to wait on.
Why we work this way
Working directly with our patients lets us keep things simple and transparent. Your plan is built around your individualized evaluation and goals, and costs are something we talk about openly before you commit.
How you'll know costs up front
We walk through expected costs on your free 15-minute discovery call, before you ever schedule a medical appointment. That's by design. The discovery call exists so you can understand how Desert Lily works, whether we're a good fit, and what to expect financially, all before making any decision.
In practice, that looks like this:
Start with a quick call. Tell us what's been going on and what you'd like to improve.
Understand your options. We explain how Desert Lily works, discuss whether we may be a good fit, and make sure you understand the expected costs.
Decide, then schedule. Only if you choose to move forward do we schedule your appointment with Brenna, FNP-C.
No pressure. No surprises.
Why costs are a conversation, not a one-size price
Every plan at Desert Lily starts with an individualized clinical evaluation, and our services differ in how they begin. Hormone optimization, testosterone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and PRP & regenerative care begin with comprehensive lab work. IV therapy and aesthetic treatments don't require lab work. That's why we walk through expected costs based on the services you're actually interested in.
Good questions to ask on your call
What's included in the service I'm interested in?
Does this service begin with lab work?
What should I expect to pay to get started?
What would ongoing costs look like if I continue?
We'd rather you ask too many questions than too few.
Know before you commit
If cost is part of what's holding you back, start with a conversation. It's free, it's 15 minutes, and you'll know what to expect before you schedule anything. Book your free discovery call.
