What we'll talk about

1. What's been going on

We start by listening. Tell us what's been going on and what you'd like to improve. Maybe it's energy, recovery, weight or simply how you feel day to day.

2. Your questions

Ask anything that's on your mind about how we work, the services we offer or what getting started looks like. We'll answer your initial questions in plain language.

3. How Desert Lily works

Your care is provided by Brenna, FNP-C, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Every plan starts with an individualized clinical evaluation of your health history, goals and questions. It's never a one-size-fits-all protocol. We'll explain how that process works and which of our services may be worth exploring.

4. Expected costs

Desert Lily is a cash-pay practice, and we walk through expected costs on this call, before you ever schedule a medical appointment. (More on that in Why we're cash-pay, and how you'll know costs up front.)

5. Whether we're the right fit

By the end of the call, you should have what you need to decide on your next step, whether or not that step is with us.

What the call is not

The discovery call is not a medical appointment. Questions about your specific health situation are answered by Brenna during your personalized evaluation. It's also not a sales pitch. There's no pressure and no obligation.

What happens after the call

If you choose to move forward, we'll schedule a personalized evaluation with Brenna. What comes next depends on the service:

• Services that begin with lab work: hormone optimization, testosterone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and PRP & regenerative care. Your results, along with your health history and goals, help Brenna evaluate you as an individual before developing a personalized plan.

• Services that don't require lab work: IV therapy and aesthetic treatments, including PRP facial rejuvenation. These begin with a review of your health history and goals.

If it turns out we're not the right fit, that's a perfectly good outcome too.

How to prepare

You don't need to prepare anything. If it helps, take a minute beforehand to think about:

• Any questions you want answered
